You began with great expectations—visiting countless churches, raising support in record time, and finally stepping onto the mission field. But now, years later, you find yourself thinking, This is not what I expected. The path has been harder than you imagined, filled with fatigue, loneliness, and disappointment. Yet, in the midst of this, Jesus extends an invitation: “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30, NASB 1995).
