God has called you as a believer to live your life in a way that is worthy of your calling (Ephesian 4:1-3). To do this, you must reflect the qualities of humility, meekness, patience, and loving forbearance (or tolerance). What does it mean to show loving forbearance for one another? This important virtue basically means putting up with people. Drawing on Chapter 4 of Lou Priolo’s Resolving Conflict, this session seeks to define biblical forbearance and provide guidelines for developing it in your life.
