I love to play golf, and one of the things I really love about the game is that when I make a really bad shot, I sometimes get to take a “do over.” In golf we call it a “mulligan.” When you take a mulligan, it means you messed up the shot and want to get it right. We ought to do the same thing in our lives and ministries. We will all mess up. We make lots of mistakes. But rather than give up, we need to learn from those mistakes, so that in the end we will more effective and more mature. This session will identify mistakes I have made in my counseling ministry, so you can learn from my “ministry mulligans.”
