As a ten-year-old girl, Darlene Deibler Rose felt God tugging at her heart about missions. She sensed Him asking her a question, “No matter what the cost?” She responded in her heart, “No matter what the cost.” This surrender eventually led to separation from her husband, imprisonment in a Japanese internment camp, and pioneer work in the interior of Dutch New Guinea. But God used Darlene Deibler Rose’s death to self to bring forth life in others. Find out how in this week’s episode of Pocketing God’s Promises.

Mr. Jon Crocker, executive director of GFA, served as a missionary to Mexico for 10 years and is grateful to have been part of Christ’s building His church in Mexico City. Jon and his wife, Andrea, have five children. Dr. Tim Berrey, GFA’s director of missionary recruitment, served in the Philippines for nearly 20 years, training dozens of national leaders through Bob Jones Memorial Bible College. Tim and his wife, Laura, have six children. Both men have spoken across the US and around the world in churches, colleges, and conferences. The desire of their hearts is to see well-equipped gospel witnesses raised up in the next generation.
