GFA's medical missions program seeks like-minded healthcare workers from all professions to participate in this unique, challenging, and spiritually rewarding outreach. There are opportunities to participate in:

1) Medical Mission Teams (2 weeks)
2) Medical Internships (4-9 weeks)
3) Short-Term Ministries (1-2 years)
4) Career Medical Missions

Qualifications

• Education and competence in your specific healthcare field.
• Clear salvation testimony.
• Membership in a conservative, independent, Bible-believing church.
• Faithful church attendance and active involvement in ministry.
• Upright character, polite manner, and teachable spirit.
• A desire to see lost souls come to Christ.
• Pastoral recommendation.
• Good physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Agreement with the doctrinal positions of GFA.

Cost

• The cost varies with the trip but will include airfare, passport, visa fees, immunizations, stipend to cover room and board, and transportation.
• The teammate will be responsible to raise the support through his local church, friends, and family.
