The book of Jeremiah tells of the unraveling of a nation and the decline of God’s people from faith to idolatry to exile. Jeremiah can be seen as a prophet for our post-Christian generation when servants of the Lord often experience deep discouragement and doubts surrounding their call to the ministry. Jeremiah walks us through his circumstances, his struggles, and his wonderful victories which allow him to stay faithful to God and His appointed ministry in difficult times.
