The purpose of GFA’s E3 teams is to evangelize, edify, and expose young people to needs on the mission field.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old when the team departs and at least one year after high school graduation
• Parental approval
• Clear salvation testimony
• Membership in a conservative, independent, Bible-believing church. Due to GFA’s core values and beliefs, we cannot accept applicants whose membership is in Presbyterian, Methodist, charismatic, or Southern Baptist churches.
• Faithful church attendance and active involvement in ministry
• Pastoral recommendation
• A desire to see lost souls come to Christ
• Willingness to distribute tracts or evangelize publicly in other ways
• Upright character, polite manner, and teachable spirit
• Good physical, mental, and emotional health
• Agreement with the doctrinal positions of GFA

Please note that every prospective ministry worker will be asked to submit official background and credit checks per GFA guidelines.

Future E3 Teams:

• South America E3 Team: approximately June 14–July 14, 2027 (applications accepted through December 1).
• Central Europe E3 Team: May 10–31, 2027 (applications accepted through December 1)
