GFA's Commitment to Assist the Local Church

Monday, March 4, 2019 | Guest: Bruce McAllister |

Marshall Fant interviews Bruce McAllister about the new role he is assuming as GFA's Director of Ministry Relations. His responsibilities will include overseeing church planting and development, assisting churches with staffing needs, cultivating pastor and church relations, preaching, encouraging full-time Christian service, and promoting GFA Missions. God has uniquely prepared Bruce for this endeavor through almost four decades of experience working with the ministerial class at Bob Jones University. He mentored many men for ministry and continues to serve as a prayerful friend to them. His passion for church planting at home and abroad continues to this day. In addition, he loves to build new ministry relationships.

Bruce will collaborate with Dr. Marshall Fant, GFA’s Director of Church Consulting and Strategic Planning. Together they will earnestly seek to serve and strengthen Bible-believing churches in the USA. One of the first initiatives in the new program is conducting four The State of the Church & Your Church seminars in different regions of the country annually.

A book that has influenced Bruce's thinking in this next chapter of life is Fourth Quarter: How to Finish Your Course with Joy by Don Sisk.
