Our 2025 conference theme is “Faithful to the End: Finishing Your Course with Joy.” God calls on us to endure and to remain faithful to Christ until the end of our race. Paul’s own ambition was to finish his course (Acts 20:24), and near the end of his life he testified that he had done so (2 Timothy 4:7). Sadly, not all ministers stay faithful to the end. Some missionaries turn away from the faith and abandon Christ entirely. Others disqualify themselves and bring harm to themselves, their families, their ministries, and—most importantly—the name and testimony of Jesus Christ. Many Christian leaders fall to pride, self-will, a domineering and manipulative leadership style, lust, entanglements in this world, and other snares that leave them unqualified for leadership in the church of Christ.
We are thankful to have Dr. Royce Short as our keynote speaker. During his nearly 40 years of full-time Christian service, Royce served as a missionary, pastor, and academic dean. Since retiring to Utah in 2018, he has continued his involvement at Kaysville Bible Church, which his son-in-law now pastors.

The purpose of the GFA Family Conference is to encourage and equip missionaries as we build a GFA family culture.
