Bio

Chuck Herrell is a seasoned veteran pastor with over 40 years of experience in the pulpit.

Chuck was saved several years after completing a four-year enlistment in the United States Air Force. Shortly thereafter, he felt the Lord calling him to preach and serve full-time. He enrolled in Tri-State Bible College and was ordained in 1979 at Tri-State Baptist Church in South Point, Ohio. He served faithfully in Kitts Hill, Ohio, at Mamre Baptist Church for 13 years. He began pastoring the Chilhowie Baptist Church in Chilhowie, Virginia, in 1994 where he served for 26 years.

In 2020, Chuck retired from the full-time pastorate, but continues ministering as “pastor emeritus.”
