Some ministry opportunities hold unusual potential for rapid multiplied influence. God calls some, not to plant or pastor one or two churches over the course of a lifetime, but to help disciple and prepare many servants as Christ's instruments to evangelize, teach, and plant and lead many churches in many places.

Puerto Rico Baptist College began as a Bible institute in 1970 and has trained students from over a dozen countries, primarily from the Americas. While some students are from Puerto Rico, many travel to the island, study in the Spanish-language Bible and ministry programs, then return to their home countries to serve.

The school currently needs at least one missionary worker whose primary ministries would be in administration and facilities maintenance but who would also teach classes each semester.

This strategic ministry provides opportunity for immediate, extensive Gospel influence in many countries of the world. You can only be in one place at a time.
